A complete bathroom refurb/remodel to give a more spacious feeling, hotel style shower room with expansive shower tray, recessed wall niche, fully concealed pipework, dual rain shower and custom surface basin vanity unit. Flooring was strengthened, prepared and raised to give a streamlined, walk-in feel to the shower tray with minimum lip-page.
Lighting was revised to dual option with six high lumen LED downlights and additional/optional low voltage LED strip-lighting accents to multiple areas of the bathroom. Room extraction was added incorporating a remote mounted inline extractor with approximately 4/5 tiles the power of a decent wall mounted extractor.
A bespoke wall mirror was made and install which includes an ultra thin heat pad ensuring the mirror never mists up.
The vanity worktop was constructed using one single piece of 4x2 PAR timber, cut to size, joined, sanded, shaped and dyed/sealed to closely match the flooring.
A custom made mirror was created to fit within the tiling/edging above the basin and also incorporated a heat pad installed into the lighting circuit to ensure the mirror always stays clear regardless of how steamy the room may get.
