A loyal customer wanted us to look at their rental flat bathroom floor as there cracked tiles.
We found possibly the worst water damaged subfloor of any job. There’d been a leak previously which caused damage, but we also found the bath waste was loose which had caused further damage for over a year.
All tiles were removed, the subfloor ply and chipboard panels were completely removed. New chipboard floor panels were installed along with treated ply.
New brighter, rectified porcelain tiles were installed with matching grout, a new toilet and basin with tap, new bath tap and waste.
Various plumbing mods done and new basin and bath traps and complimentary floor threshold and door planed slightly to complete the job.
