Collaboration on a bathroom refurb with a good friend.
Complete rip-out of old bathroom/WC, modification to all waste and pipe feeds for new items, planning and install of all tiling and trims, new flooring, lighting, bath, screen, dual hand/overhead rain shower and vanity basin with new tap including a huge new towel radiator to adjacent wall.
Not the easiest of jobs due to there having been 2 layers of tiles removed and the flooring being very out of level. Walls were modified with a mixture of bonding and aqua panel to level up required areas in advance of tiling/finishing. Flooring was removed and joists feathered to level up before new LVT flooring.
The WC next door was also completely refurbed at the same time.
