Bathroom - LU5
After around 4-5 years with a leaking shower cubicle, which had started to leak into the kitchen below, it was time for a revamp.
The dated shower cubicle was removed, pipework modified and flooring thoroughly dried out and repaired. Wall tiles were removed in the shower area to make way for a subtle contrasting tile purely for the wet area. These were cut into the current wall metro tiles with aluminium edging.
To set the shower wall off and include storage, we created 3 x set back niches/shelves with integrated LED strip lighting.
A spacious walk-in shower and glass panels were installed along with a side mounted dual rain shower and flip down shower seat.
Lighting was updated to high lumen LED units, a higher power ceiling extractor installed along with dual bluetooth ceiling speakers! ;)
The step into the bathroom was covered with wood effect adhesive vinyl edging and the top finished with bespoke shaped LVT matching the new floor and adged with bendable aluminium tile edging for a polished, commercial look and feel.
