Having had a bad experience with other tradespeople in the past, our customer was understandably concerned starting with someone new.
They wanted to refresh the separate WC room, installing a new toilet, cistern and redo the tiled boxing to give a more modern look.
With the bathroom, this was more involved as the bath was removed and replaced with a well sized walk-in shower, keeping the existing wall tiles. The room was cleared, pipework modified and rerouted the shower pump.
Various wall tiles were researched and suggested which would suitably fill the space where the old bath was. A taller textured tile was chosen which perfectly filled the space and looks great, and less grout lines.
A bespoke boxed area with removable section was created to house the shower pump, making it easily accessible for future servicing or replacement. This also acts as a great shelf/seat too.
Tanking was applied to all areas, new high lumen LED ceiling lighting, complimenting LVT flooring, a new dual outlet rain shower, wall mounted vanity basin/tap and colour matched towel radiator to compliment the grey low profile shower tray.
A final check and clean and another happy customer! ;)
