From a Facebook post we responded and were asked to refurbish a bathroom and small kitchen. The bathroom wall was originally constructed from chipboard but has totally failed and was rotten due to an ongoing leak. This was replaced with marine ply, Hardiebacker board and Aquapanel. All pipe feeds and wastes were modified and rerouted, required access panels installed and draught holes sealed.
Wet areas were fully waterproofed and tanked with the Ardex system, before complete tiling and sanitaryware installation including, shower unit, screen, bath, toilet, basin, new towel rail and LVT flooring.
The bijou kitchen was also reinstalled including new tiling, a replacement extractor and LVT flooring.
New LED lighting was installed throughout along with a new replacement door for a totally refreshed look and feel for years to come.
