Upstairs cloakroom/wc renovated including all demo work, removal, revising and adding waste/pipework, plastering, new LED lighting and wall/floor tiling.
The flooring also needed strengthening with additional noggins, 12mm WBP ply and 6mm Hardiebacker. This was topped with DITRA membrane before tiling.
The customer wanted to add a basin to the room in the corner. We planned the room and suggested this could be integrated into the storage cupboard area. As it’s a small room, this freed up valuable space and compliments the design. With chased waste and feeds including isolators and a waterless HEP space-saving trap including the top most tile is removable to allow access to pipework.
