Our good customer, a landlord, asked us to make some repairs to the roof/frontage of their rental property as it was very weathered and looking tired.
Scaffolding was installed and we removed all flaking and failed paintwork, fully sanded all timber cladding sections and masonry facia sections.
Area was fully cleaned, primed/sealed and 2 part exterior filler used to fill damaged areas. Timber panels painted in exterior satin black, masonry sections painted in masonry exterior brilliant white.
We also repointed the roof tiles to weatherproof the area and made small repairs to other areas as required.
