Kitchen refresh for a customer looking to sell their rental property and give it a lift before placing it on the market.
Work included repairs to cabinets, including custom made replacement parts and panels, ceiling replaster/painting, new ceiling lighting, new under cabinet lighting, new square-edge worktops, hob, oven, sink and tap. Sourced and installed a 50cm chimney extractor into the empty space above the hob.
Cabinet doors were painted in a new dark blue colour to transform the look.
