Various rooms in need of some new floor covering.
We removed existing floor tiles in the bathroom and wc to limit the additional height created by the new flooring. All old trims, thresholds and grippers were removed and the area prepped for the new flooring including removal of the basin and toilet.
New Krono Xonic LVT luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed to the bathroom and wc areas and edges sealed with a microbial sanitary silicone. Sanitaryware was then reinstalled for a clean, solid finish.
For the office the customer chose a Quickstep waterproof laminate. Soundproofing/insulating boards were installed initially to the entire space before installing the final flooring. This was trimmed/tailored to the wall dimensions before installation, along with white Scotia/beading matching current skirting dimensions and caulking any gaps to give a neat finish.
